1. Do you ship to my country?
 
We ship worldwide except for the following countries due to restrictions:
Algeria, Brazil, Bermuda, Cuba, Egypt, Guadeloupe, Iran, Latvia, Nicaragua, South Africa, Sudan, Syria, Slovakia.
 
2. What are the shipping costs?
  • Free Shipping: Orders over US$29.99.
  • Standard Shipping: US$8.99 for orders below US$29.99.
 
3. How long will delivery take?
 
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (may extend to 48–72 hours during holidays).
  • Shipping Time (estimated after dispatch):
    • United States: 9–15 days (Default), 6–9 days (Advanced Shipping $7.99–$10.99).
    • United Kingdom: 6–9 days.
    • Canada: 9–15 days.
    • Germany/Italy: 7–10 days.
    • France: 5–9 days.
    • Spain: 8–10 days.
    • Australia: 8–15 days.
    • Israel: 10–15 days.
    • Non-European countries: 15–20 days.

Note: Delivery time depends on factors like customs, weather, and destination country.

4. Do I need to pay taxes?

If your package hasn’t arrived after 60 days, contact us at contact@mail.coleyes.com for a replacement or full refund.
