How to Check Your Lenses After Receiving Your Package 👀

If your lenses appear slightly stuck together inside the PP blister cup, do not pull them apart forcefully, as this may damage the lens. Follow the steps below instead:

1️⃣ Remove the lens carefully

Pour the lens together with the solution into a clean lens case or onto your clean palm.

2️⃣ Re-soak with fresh solution

Add fresh contact lens solution and let the lens soak for 5–10 minutes.
This helps the lens rehydrate and soften naturally.

3️⃣ Gently separate the lens

Using clean fingertips, softly move the edge of the lens until it separates on its own.
⚠️ Do not use fingernails or pull the lens forcefully.

4️⃣ Inspect the lens before wearing

After separating, carefully check for:

-Cracks or tears
-Missing edges
-Curled edges
-Irregular patterns or damage

If the lens shows any damage, do not wear it.

Why Can This Happen?

This may occasionally occur due to:

-Low solution inside the blister cup
-Slight dehydration during long storage
-High temperatures during shipping
-Changes in lens water content/material condition

✨ A quick inspection after receiving your lenses helps ensure a safe and comfortable wearing experience.
